Shipping

We ship (nearly) anywhere in the world. Once you reach checkout you’ll be able to see if we ship to your country.

Delivery must be made to a physical address, either to your home address or to your company address. We unfortunately do not ship to PO boxes.

Our system works out the shipping costs automatically once you have added your print to your shopping cart.

The shipping rate will be dependant on your country, the type of product as well as the size and weight of your product.

Yes, all orders are shipped using a tracked and fully insured service.

From the moment you click ‘order’ it takes on average 7 to 15 working days to fufill the entire order process.

We print and dispatch your order relatively quickly, usually within 1 to 5 working days, depending on the product you ordered. Please allow extra time for shipping: 2 to 3 days for deliveries in UK, 3 to 5 days for deliveries in Europe and 5 to 10 days for deliveries in Australia, New Zealand, America and Canada.

Allow a slight flex for the shipping estimates during typically busy holiday periods and over public holidays.

You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. For orders sent within the EU, you will receive an email from our German warehouse via Deutsche Post (DHL) with the subject line “Art Prints”.

For orders sent outside the EU, including the UK, you will receive an email from either Royal Mail or DHL containing the tracking information and delivery details.

Refunds and Returns

Since our whole business is based on ‘print on demand’ and ‘manufacture to order’, we unfortunately do not accept returns. We recommend taking your time to select the perfect print for your space as all items are final sale.

Similarly, please ensure that you measure up carefully. A great trick is to cut a sheet of paper to the exact size of print that you’re considering and blue-tack it to the wall. This will give you a really good sense of how the print will look in your space.

We only offer refunds if the product arrives damaged or is significantly delayed (postage delays which could be considered normal, or delays due to items being held up in customs will not be refunded). What constitutes a significant time delay is at our discretion.

In the unlikely event the product arrives to you significantly damaged, we will send a replacement to you free of charge. To arrange this please contact us within a 48 hour period at hello@kzaravisual.com and attached photos that best reflect the damage. Please also refuse to accept the delivery and ask the courier to return it.

If you notice damage upon unpacking your Limited Edition Print, contact us within 48 hours of receiving the artwork with digital images of the damage. If we find that the Edition was damaged in transit we will endeavor to replace the Edition. In the event that we are unable to replace the Edition we will arrange a refund upon receiving the returned damaged artwork and corresponding Certificate of Authenticity (when applicable).

Failure to report this damage within the required time frame will result in no refund being issued.
